Karate in Ann Arbor has never looked like this.

Are you ready to dig deep, step up, and join something bigger than yourself?

Think you’ve got what it takes to survive 12 hours of nonstop martial arts training?
If you’re serious about martial arts and ready for an unforgettable challenge, we are bringing back the legendary JMAC Crucible—a full-day intensive that will push your limits and transform your mindset.

What Is the JMAC Crucible?

This isn’t your average martial arts seminar. The JMAC Crucible is a 12-hour, deep-dive training experience that combines disciplines like striking, takedowns, throws, and grappling. From the moment the clock starts at 6:00 AM until the final bow at 6:00 PM, you’ll be immersed in a physically demanding and focused environment.

But, it’s not just about technique. Throughout the day, you’ll tap into meditation practices, mental conditioning, and sports psychology to sharpen your focus and build resilience.

You can’t leave. You won’t quit. Nobody walks away unchanged.
